Brian is an experienced independent practitioner based in his beautifully refurbished and contemporised Victorian house practice in Northampton, UK.

He is a Past President of the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) and a former AOP Contact Lens Practitioner of the Year at the multi-award-winning TK&S.

Brian lectures internationally on business, imaging technology, myopia and dry eye management and specialist contact lenses, drawing entirely on real-world experience from the consulting room. Early in his career, he recognised that people learn best when education is engaging, and his lectures and workshops have since become highly interactive, entertaining and memorable — sometimes even hilarious, but always informative.

He is widely regarded as optometry’s leading edutainer.
